Police sealed off a big highway in Manchester town centre and evacuated citizens after a ‘suspicious tool’ was once discovered.

A big cordon was once in position on Great Ancoats Street between Adair Street and Store Street. Pictures from the scene display a row of stores together with the Ibis Hotel taped off.
